This beautiful hellebore has a vigorous growth rate and a lovely compact, upright habit. Beginning in late winter, rich burgundy-pink buds will bloom into ivory blossoms that will take on a more rosy chartreuse color as they mature. They display well due to their outward facing and flat petals. You will also find this plant to have luscious dark green foliage with sliver veining. A little touch of royalty for your garden! Hellebores are the harbingers of spring, blooming for six or more weeks beginning in late winter. They can often be found flowering during the Christian season of Lent, which inspired their common name, Lenten Rose. This is the perfect plant for moist, woodland areas where its extensive root system can spread as far as it is allowed.
