Orders and Payment
Prices and availability can change without notice. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or listed in error, and any payment for a canceled item is refunded.
Plants and Shipping
Our plants are hand-picked for each order and ship bare root. Plants shipped in the dormant season may arrive without leaves. Shipping times are estimates, and we’ll share tracking when your order ships.
Problems With Your Order
If something is wrong with your order, contact us through our Contact Us page and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Text Messages
If you check “Text me order updates” at checkout, Hostas on the Bluff will send order update texts to the number you provide: order received, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered, plus replies to messages you send us. Up to 5 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts isn’t a condition of purchase. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We don’t sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.
