Registered in 1987 by Walters Gardens, Hosta ‘Regal Splendor’ is a sport of ‘Krossa Regal’. It is a large hosta with an upright, vase-shaped habit. The leaves are frosty blue-gray with a creamy-yellow to white margin. It was the 2003 Hosta of the Year.
